Returns and Delivery Policy

If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase then we will always aim to put the matter right.

Returns
If you need to return an item for a refund, exchange or warranty claim then please contact us in the first instance and then send the item back to us accompanied with the appropriate form within 14 days.

It is your responsibility to ensure return of the item back to us, so for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

We expect all returned items to be in the same condition as they were sent out from our workshops, and returned using the original packaging.

You are responsible for costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Delivery
All plate racks and wooden products are made to order and shipped after 35 days, smaller items will be shipped after 5 days.

Parcels are sent via InterParcel and we use Royal Mail Parcelforce for all deliveries on a 48 hr basis. This usually means you will receive your item within 2 – 3 days, exclusions to this time period is bank holidays and weekends.

Small parcels are sent via InterParcel and we may use a variety of different couriers to deliver these.

Collection from our workshop is also available or local delivery can be arranged within a certain radius.

Our back office systems are fully integrated with our courier which means that the second your parcel is dispatched we will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel’s every move from our door to yours!
